Damaged / defective goods can be returned free of charge and an alternative unit will be supplied or refund made (E4Us discretion).

If you are returning goods for any other reason then we are happy to accept them, but they must be with original packing. Refunds will be less shipping and insurance costs. Unwanted goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
